From the time a delivery is called in until it is delivered, we guarantee that a:

1. REGULAR delivery will be completed within 4 hours. (We cannot guarantee same day delivery for regulars called in after 2:00 p.m.)


2. HOT SHOT delivery will be completed within 2 hours


3. DIRECT delivery will be completed within 1 hour or shortest time depending on traffic, weather conditions, distance, etc.


4. Nights, Weekends, and Holidays, the delivery rate is a direct hotshot charge plus $15.00.
5. Normal working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
6. All delivery rates are good to 99 lbs. 100 lbs. and over, add $1.50 per CWT
